LGBTQI+ Workplace Inclusion 2021 Conference hosted by Leiden University

Due to COVID 19 restrictions, the conference will be conducted online.
This international, multi-disciplinary conference aims to bring together scholars from various disciplines and geographic locations, policymakers, HR professionals, employers, employees, and civil society to get to know and learn from each other on the topic of LGBTQI+ workplace inclusion.
The event will showcase the state of the art of research on LGBTQI+ workplace inclusion and bring together various stakeholders committed to developing practical and sustainable solutions toward reducing workplace inequalities and increasing LGBTQI+ workplace inclusion.
