CANCELLED Student conference | Dissidence in Gender & Sexuality (DGS)

On May 8, 2020, second year sociology students from the University of Amsterdam are organizing the first student conference focussing on the theme of dissidence in gender and sexuality.

We want to open up the conversation around topics such as normal vs. abnormal, deviance, asexuality, (unavailable) intersectional methodologies, and queer slang. The conference will consist of academically oriented presentations, as well as personal experiences, shorts, songs, and other artistic expressions.
